How To Use
1. Place the product on a flat, non-slip floor.
2. Slowly lean down and lie on your back so the projections touch the area around the shoulder blades. There is no problem to use it in a most comfortable place while shifting the position of your body.
3. As a guide, please use it 5 minutes a day.

1. Please avoid using it other than the purpose of the product.
2. If you are under doctors care or if you feel any problem in your body, please consult a physician.
3. If you feel any discomfort or problem during use, discontinue to use immediately and consult a physician.
4. If you are physically handicapped, please use it with the attendance of a specialist.
5. Do not allow children to use or play with it.
6. Keep out of the reach of children.
7. Do not store in a humid place such as outdoors or near the bathroom.
8. Do not use or store in places with high temperature such as in a direct sunlight or around a stove.
9. Use it on a flat, non-slip surface.
10. If you are a first user, please check your health condition before using.
11. There are individual differences in usability.
12. Start using it for 1-2 minutes and gradually extend the time depending on your body condition. The recommended using time is 5 minutes a day. Prolonged use may put too much strain on your body.
13. Do not use this product while sleeping.
